Safety Glasses protect your eyes during common fibre related tasks such as breakout, stripping and cleaving. There is a risk of accidental eye damage as bare fibre, fibre off-cuts and live fibres are hard to see.
We recommend you include safety glasses in all your fibre handling, termination and splicing kits in order to comply with OH&S requirements.
