Fast Ethernet Media Converters connect copper and fibre networks at speeds of up to 100Mbps. They are a cost effective way to extend Ethernet networks beyond UTP limits by increasing bandwidth, improving network security and consolidating your cabling.
The converters feature an RJ45 connector for the copper side and either an ST or SC connector on the fibre side. Fast Ethernet converters are available in multimode and single mode units and are compatible with OS1, OM1, OM2 and OM3 fibre types.
